Listener for RenderingEngineAddedEvent. RenderingEngineManager implementation should implement this interface, too.

Cytoscape Backwards Compatibility (SPI Interface): We expect that this interface will be implemented. Therefore to maintain backwards compatibility this interface will only be modified for major version updates.
