The top-level GUI component of VizMap GUI.

VizMapGUI consists of three parts:

  • Visual Style switch (combo box)
  • Default View Panel
  • Property Sheet

Since there is no "current Visual Style" in the vizmap api, the replacement for "current VS" is "selected visual style" managed here.

This component tracks the selected Visual Style. Because of this, Visual Style is editable even if current Network View does not exist.

To use this in your app, include the following dependency in your POM:

Cytoscape Backwards Compatibility (API Interface): We expect that this interface will be used but not implemented by developers using this interface. As such, we reserve the right to add methods to the interface as part of minor version upgrades. We will not remove methods for any changes other than major version upgrades.
