      Creates a CyColumnSelector.
      Parameters:
      iconManager - IconManager OSGi service, may not be null.
      columnPresentationManager - CyColumnPresentationManager OSGi service, may not be null.
      Throws:
      NullPointerException - If any paramter is null.
